Dr. Trish Dolasinski is a writer and educational consultant as well as the founder and director of Capacity Building Unlimited, LLC. The primary focus of her business is to help educators in meeting goals that enhance student learning and growth. She accomplishes this through proposal writing, presentation delivery, and facilitating the growth of educational programs.
As an educator, she has taught preschool through university graduate level students for over fifteen years, and has served as an elementary school principal for an additional seventeen years. While serving as the principal of a diverse and high need community, she implemented school-wide reform, resulting in exemplary student test scores as well as both state and nationally recognized excelling teachers. She also developed and established a licensed preschool program, with both adult literacy and home-visit components. Dr. Dolasinski wrote many grants and developed a multitude of business partnerships to support educational programs at the three schools where she held administrative positions.
As a consultant she has written award winning recognition proposals, providing public and community service to a variety of organizations and agencies. She continues to teach at the university level.
Trish earned her doctorate in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University, and a Master of Education degree in special education. She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband.
