Corporate Facilitation Services – Developing Workplace Collaboration
- Multiple Group Interaction - this session focuses on the interaction between three or more interdependent work groups with emphasis on groups disclosing perceptions of one another, especially in terms of contributions to one another’s effectiveness.
- Issue Census and Problem Solving – This popular workshop examines and improves the effectiveness of an organization across many levels or layers in the company. The goals are to identify key issues and generate specific goals and action commitments associates with solutions for priority issues.
- Intergroup Team Building – Use this to examine and improve the total work effectiveness of two interdependent work groups, and to identify problem areas and corrective actions.
- Team Goal Setting – This session is useful for generating goals and related action plans to which a work group is committed as a team. We clarify mission and related accountabilities, minimizing role confusion and focusing the group’s energy.
